Greyhound offers three main ticket fare types, each with different levels of flexibility.

Early Bird Fare
This is our lowest‑cost option. Early Bird fares are non‑changeable and non‑refundable. They are best suited to passengers with fixed travel plans who are confident about their date and time of travel.

Advantage Fare
Advantage fares offer some flexibility. You can change the date and time of your trip up to 24 hours before departure, subject to seat availability in the Advantage fare category. This fare is not refundable.

Flexible Fare
Flexible fares provide the most freedom. You can change the date and time of your trip up to 15 minutes before departure, subject to seat availability. If you are unable to travel, you can cancel your trip and reuse the ticket within 12 months from the date of purchase. This fare is not refundable.

Flexible Fare with Travel Sure
This option includes all the benefits of a Flexible fare, plus added protection through Travel Sure. With Travel Sure, you may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your trip before departure, subject to the Travel Sure terms and conditions.
