The Early Bird Fare is our lowest‑cost ticket option.

Flexible Fare
The Flexible Fare offers greater freedom to change your travel plans.

- The date or time travel can be changed; up to 15 minutes prior to departure
- You can defer travel and have up to 12 months to reschedule
Flexible Fare with Travel Sure add‑on
This option includes all the flexibility of a Flexible Fare, plus additional refund protection.
- This fare type is refundable, subject to Travel Sure conditions

Travel Passes
- Refunds may be available before travel commences
- A 10% cancellation fee applies to eligible refunds
- Refunds are not available once travel has commenced

- Refunds are not automatic and depend on your fare type
- If you booked through a travel agent, your cancellation must be handled by that agent
- If Greyhound cancels your service, travel will automatically be deferred, and you have up to 12 months to reschedule
