Refunds are only available in specific situations and depend on the type of fare you purchased.
In most cases, refunds are available only if you purchased a Flexible Fare ticket with the Travel Sure add‑on, and you let us know at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure that you will no longer be travelling.
Refunds do not include the cost of Travel Sure, booking fees, or any donations.
If Greyhound makes a mistake or your service is changed or cancelled, you may also be entitled to a refund or another remedy, in line with fare conditions and Australian Consumer Law. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
How long does a refund take to process?
