You can only receive a refund for a Greyhound Whimit pass if the pass has not been used.
To cancel a Whimit pass, you must contact Greyhound Australia’s Customer Service team before you start travelling.
You can request a cancellation by contacting the Greyhound Call Centre or by submitting an enquiry through the Contact Us page on our website. You’ll need your booking number and passenger details when requesting a cancellation.
If you have already started travelling on your Whimit pass, or if you have used any trips, experiences, or accommodation included with a package, a refund is not available.
If you have purchased a Whimit pass but have not yet used it, you may be eligible for a refund. In these cases, a refund can be arranged, less a 10% cancellation fee.
Important things to know
- Refunds for Whimit passes are only available for unused passes.
- Once travel has started, or any part of a package has been used, refunds are not available.
- Cancellation fees apply to unused Whimit passes.
- Refund eligibility and cancellation fees are assessed in line with Greyhound Australia’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage and the conditions shown at the time of purchase.
